This one was originally done by The Blue Sky Boys- Earl and Bill Bolick who hailed from East Hickory NC. They named themselves in tribute to the Blue Ridge Mountains- “The Land Of The Sky”. They got their start crooning on the radio in North Carolina back in 1935. Mostly trad ballads and gospel songs. Considered one of the best country vocal duets, they influenced the Everly Brothers and the Louvin’s. This is our take on it. Have a great weekend everybody!
